Troubling deciding between Feral or Balance for PvE

Lol, moonkin is easier than feral, you even have a lot less keybinds. Only thing balance is really bad at is the FUCKING LEVELING. Honestly, balance is soooo boring to level with those huge cast times. In dungeons I find myself mostly using moonfire and hurricane as casting something is a waste of time because the mob will be dead by the time I finish casting anything.

Once again, I'm only leveling it because I know it's very strong in 1v1 pvp but if I didn't know that or had that goal, I would have dumped it at level 50 and never looked back.

You can level as a feral though if that's your problem, or a resto (if you're just doing dungeons). The draenor perks and Euphoria are pretty important on Balance and quite alter the feeling the spec has, so there's not much point in leveling as a boomie to "learn the class".
