Since The Dark Portal is destroyed, how are we getting back to Azeroth?

Lore-wise we are stuck on Draenor. But after we defeat Archimonde and the rest of the Iron Horde in patch 6.2 we should come back to our "home" - Azeroth. But how are we going to get there since The Dark Portal is destroyed?

As far as I know, Khadgar isn't powerful enough to open up a portal to our world for a long period of time. So does it mean that we will be stuck on Draenor for a longer time? Is the next expansion going to be placed there?

Someone definitely opened a portal several times to get troops in. I'm pretty sure they ditched the "Lore wise you're stuck there", since they even open a portal right in front of you to get your garrison going. They could of just had locals help or something instead if they really wanted to stick with the "you're stranded!"

Worst comes to worst though, Archimonde was trying to open a portal to Azeroth, technically he could succeed and then we kill him, leaving us a way home.

We will use our Hearthstone. While the physical aspect of the portal has been destroyed, the rift that connects Azeroth to Draenor should still be there and would only need to be powered up again.

Kirin Tor opened a portal from Everbloom to Stormwind without a sweat.

It was the problem of connecting to Draenor's leylines, but that was already solved.

For gameplay reasons we have so far continued to have access both to azeroth in general, and to the various regions covered by our hearthstone or portals.
We can even have trivial access to outland via a permanent city portal, and access to the old Blasted Lands via an NPC.
As well as the fact that an "average" mage can open a portal to azeroth or outland etc, plus warlocks being able to summon from any continent.

It would take some pretty major overhaul of the services provided in a given continent for blizzard to consider travel limitations.

Basically the Dark Portal holds the connection between worlds stable and open wide, but once such a connection between worlds has been forged, it can never be closed. A rift remains. That rift can be closed, but never removed.

Khadgar is well studied on the Dark Portal. Having destroyed the portal and closed the rift on separate occasions. So even on low power, he could hold open a portal through it for a while.

Now that Horde and Alliance mages have had the time to study the required magic, they can open portals back and forth easier, through the rift.

Last I checked, Blizzard changed their minds on the "stuck" on Draenor thing so yeah, we can get back to Azeroth pretty easily.

I wouldn't say it's easy. The rift between worlds connecting Azeroth and Draenor may be unbreakable, but with the Dark Portal destroyed, it's not exactly held stable either. Certainly it'll take certain knowledge, practise, and power, to open a portal between worlds, while there is no stable connection. But certainly a connection is confirmed to remain, that you can master connecting your portals through.

Destroying the frame isn't enough, that's why we also had to free the Shadow Council.

How are we getting back? At this point, there's really no telling. From the very beginning of the expansion they decided to avoid major questions about travel by having Khadgar casually port people in, and random other NPCs somehow made their way over at some point. It was probably to avoid gameplay questions, but I totally would have been okay suspending my disbelief that I can Hearth back to Azeroth for gameplay purposes but am canonically stuck on Draenor. However, returning to Azeroth is very likely to be an important moment for the end of the expansion, so we might get something more definitive for that moment.

Notice that while the rest of the raid is at Hellfire Citadel, the final boss takes place right in front of the Dark Portal.
