We maybe a new forming guild but have vast wow experience. Our leaders have been in wows end game content for 10 years. Including several server firsts from MC to SOO.

<Óbliteration> is a new building a Mythic ready raid team on Illidan (PVP). We are looking for exceptional individuals who want to push themselves beyond the typical raider. We are expecting that each and every one of us within the raid knows their respective roles and can have the confidence that the player next to them, will do their job.

We are hardcore but with the minimal schedule we maintain, utilizing the time we have, is key to success. Being prepared for the raid is something you will find in any raiding guild, being 10-15 minutes early for invites, having gear properly gemmed and enchanted for PVE content ( as we are a PVE guild >.< ) as well as having some materials with you for those nice upgrades.

Sometimes raids will go beyond our scheduled times if a progress kill is imminent, but not very often. During the raid, know upcoming boss encounters beforehand. Everyone should know the basic mechanics, and what they are, however, ever guild tailors them differently. We have forums for situational feedback, we don't want mumble sounding like there are 14 raid leaders.

Some of the raiders are competitive by nature, while others will be more laidback. In a raid environment, raiders should be mature enough to take/understand constructive criticism if the time arises. We want to foster a more competitive, progressed mind-set for WoD. If our interests are similar, continue reading.

Like minded individuals will possess the following:
● Having the ability to research fights independently, be able to listen and follow instructions.
● Motivation and dedication to be the best, within the means of your respective role (ie.. Gems, enchants, professions and/or specs, if playing multiple specs)
● Stable internet connection,
● Computer that can handle raiding in a 20-25man environment.
● Working Mic and Mumble


About us:
Our Leadership has 10 years of raiding experience in every expansion. Our members have vast raiding experience including Mythic WOD kills. From MC 40 to Heroic Blackrock Foundry(8/10) we have raided in some form or another. We are looking for skill>gear. *Raid invites go out 15 minutes prior to said raid times, raid spots are not guaranteed if you're late.*
Pull time is 10 pm CST not 10:30pm 
● Friday 10pm- 1am
● Saturday10pm- 1am
● Sunday 8pm-11 pm
*Sunday and/or Monday could be used for cleanup, if the appropriate people are available.*
