do people with different eye colours perceive world different? what do you think?
No, but people with different skin colors do.
You're getting exactly what you deserve.
I think everyone perceive world different regardless of eye color. your question is a little vague.

I asked this question too many times. What is color actually?
People with blue eyes see better in the dark, its like built in night vision lenses. People with brown eyes aren't affected while working facing the sun in hot summer.
the iris is the "shutter." the light goes through the unoccluded area of the pupil to the retina. So "No" they don't.
I've always been fascinated by the prospect of the way people interpret color. For instance, what if my blue is your red? I see the sky as "blue" but you see it as "red". There's no way to know that two people see the same color when they look at something.
I don't know wheter different eye colors affect color perception, but I do know I personally have a slight difference in colour perception and intensity in my eyes, my left eye sees colours less vibrant and less intense when compared to my right eye, since I assume I'm not special in that regard I suppose no-one sees the same colourshades in any case.
Of course, some see black and blue, and some see white and gold.
