You should stop creating threads and go to bed.

Once I fall asleep I am fine. I have exploding head syndrome though making it hard to fall asleep sometimes. I personally try to give myself a little extra time to fall asleep just in case I have trouble on a particular night.

    What exactly is the issue?

Just wanted to congratulate Blizz for giving the folks what they wanted, a classic vanilla world.

Start off your phone, the bright screen will case your eyes to something something, which will keep you more awake.

    Also, rub one out.

There's a multitude of reasons why someone has trouble sleeping....
Impossible to answer, impossible to diagnose.

Should seek a doctor's expertise, and this place here is obviously not qualified for such.

Best advice in the thread. Rubbing one out puts me to sleep faster than a bunny shot with a tranquillizer gun.

I just stay up until I just cant stay awake anymore, no sleep problems!

Sometimes results in all-nighters, but oh well :P

No trouble sleeping at all. I am very ritualistic when it comes to when I go to sleep and wake up, so my body recognizes the pattern. I also exercise daily, running at least 10 miles. So my body welcomes the sleep.

Marijuana and exercise before bed do it for me most of time. Also white noise, I put on heavy thunderstorm sounds on youtube to play while I attempt to sleep. I regular now go to sleep within 3 hours of going to bed, I use to pull all involuntary all nighters a few times a week.

I think he was trying to get beyond the 10 posts required limit for posting images.

I have never slept well. I am a very light sleeper so any sound wakes me.

Eat something before. Listen to youtube sounds on a laptop while you sleep.

    Yeah...

I've been on various medications the past two years in trying to help with it, but they only really help in the short term.

    Currently on zopiclone.

But speak with a doctor and whatnot and they'll be able to help you best.

This is why F.lux was invented

I find it helps, but I second what winter blossom said, invest in mattress, pillow, and anything else that will make your sleeping environment more comfortable.

I have a job and go to uni as well. Thats why I sometimes have to pull all-nighters (as in just go about my business as usual the next day with no sleep in-between). At least it'll be truly easy to finally go to sleep once I'm done with everything and get home :P

Do I? Not really, I just get into my "Dead Pharaoh" position and pass out about a minute later. I think people could diagnose me as clinically dead while I'm sleeping.
