Kargath, but only if he had his voice from WC 2 when he sounded like an insane goblin. Not sure where to find the audio for it, but in WC 2, he ran around screaming rock lyrics; welcome to my nightmare, I am iron man, etc. it was completely different from other orc voice even back then.
Gul'dan maybe.
The rest were extremely underwhelming in WoD.
Blackhand absolutely. The other Warlords of the alternate universe are not particulary interesting.
Gul'dan and Grommash would be great too, although Blackhand is so far the only one, I really only want the WoD Universe one. The other ones can easily go with their original version while Blackhand in the original version was rather boring (and died during WC I)

As an idea, Gul'dan and Garrosh, but only after bazillion other heroes. Don't need more op orcs for now. Would be great to get a gnome/draenei/troll/regular undead/diablo characters/starcraft characters first. Even after we get all those I don't think we need 8-9 orc warriors(mostly) in general.

Grommash Hellscream - Melee Assassin
Blackhand - Melee Warrior
Kilrogg Deadeye - Ranged support with a trait that works with his "I see the future" gimmick. Or something along those line.
Kargath Bladefist - Melee Assassin with a focus on speed rather than power. Kinda like Illidan.
Ner'zhul - Ranged Specialist that focuses on either AoE or control
Gul'dan - Ranged Specialist that has a focus on minion / merc buff, enough to be able to solo lanes if left alone. Think Azmodan and Sylvanas.
Durotan - Melee Warrior
Garrosh - Either his SoO incarnation with Yshaarj powers and a toolkit to accentuate that, or just an alt skin for Grommash. Or the other way around.
Asuka - Melee Assassin using the old Blademaster DotA toolkit, or as a skin for Samuro.
Garrosh and Grom should never be skins of each other. They're both huge lore characters that deserve their own character.
I believe there are already files in the game referencing gul'dan, I believe cho'gall will be out first since he's been in there for a while. I am very excited for both tho.
Grommash - Either juiced up with demon blood, or as he is in warlords of draenor
Blackhand - WoD, ult could be a siegemaker or a giant exploding iron star
Gul'dan - self explanatory
Garrosh - The way he was during WotLK, or as he was during MoP with the sha powers
Kargath - He's such a badass, his passive could very well be olaf's passive from LoL (1% attack speed for every 1% missing health)
Grom, Ner'zhul and Gul'dan seem really promising.
Though I would actually love to see Garona as well. We need more "stealthy" heroes rather than "LOL IMMA SHOOT/STAB/BURN/FREEZE YOU"
