Why are you spending so much on a motherboard and RAM?

Also seems crazy to get a 5920 while paying well over the odds for Titan.

What are you aiming for exactly? A toaster could play WoW. Are you aiming for GTA V on max settings? What's your budget?

Which will almsot completely destroy your build in gaming at the level you desire, and you can easily drop the GPU down to the GTX980 or even SLI 970s; or you can consider waiting for the R9-380X which is supposed ot be paper-launched either this month or next.

Note that the above build, with a GTX980, will cost around the same as the five components you initially selected, and will perform the same, if not better, at your desired choice.

Below £3k is my budget and I would rather get a DDR4 mobo/memory instead of DDR3, I also play other games at max settings not just WoW. You see I had a similar PC that should of lasted another 2 years but unfortunately it was stolen (bought my old PC, over 2 years ago). I also do not want a small case as I had the same case you see 900D and the idiots still walked down my road with it, reason why I want the big tower, as I liked it alot.

I do not need a monitor as the one I linked is what I have, just I cant use it with my Old PC (680gtx)

Also I want to avoid replacing parts for next couple of years.

edit: Also @theangrychickens the PC spec you linked is what I had.... minus monitor/tower/graphics card (I had the 980 which was installed only 3 days before the burglary)...

Why? It has virtually no impact on gaming.

Corsair H100i makes noise like a jet plane at max, Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro 3 would be better

AMD is launching the 300 series this quarter (in early June at Computex probably). I would suggest to wait and see how the cards perform. There is also a chance that NVidia might drop the prices of their cards if AMD ends up having really strong products.

The Witcher 3 comes out in 2 weeks and I want to run that baby at Ultra. The only thing that needs upgrading is my GPU......

I can't wait MONTHS for the 980Ti or the new AMD card.
Don't get a Titan. It does not perform much better then the 980 and is significantly more. Not worth the price for so little gains IMO.

You may consider buying two 970 for SLI. With slightly overclocking I got 18150 points in firestrike and more fps than a Titan or 980.
I found 980 SLi rigs that were below 18000 points in the 3DMark Firestrike benchmark.

I play GTA V in 2560*1440 @ 60-90 fps (depending on the environment and onscreen action) with Ultra and Very High Setings, MSAAx2, Advanced Options maxed. A big factor is the 5930K. My brother has 970 SLI and an AMD fx-8350 and gets 55 % of my fps in 1080p.

So it seems in the recent triple A games CPUs really matter again.

I am wating for the first 980ti benchmarks to replace my 970s. But that make take a while, it seems the 980ti won't be launched before summer 2015?

I'd rather get 980Ti instead of titan, if you don't need super high res you can go 970 SLI.
