Look at the top of the page -> "Quick Links" -> "Subscribed Threads"
Or you can constantly go to the same URL: http://www.mmo-champion.com/subscription.php .

Wow, that seems unintuitive though i can see how some might consider that convenient. I feel however that separating it into something more personal might work better
