I got the belt in my normal cache so you may get lucky and not have to farm HFCwhen it's soloable

I believe you have to actually do HFC normal to get normal caches, and I'm only running LFR

afaik you need 8 bosses done in a difficulty to trigger its Cache mission. Shud be able to pug the first 3-4 easily over 2-3 weeks to get it
