A Norwegian cruise ship carrying 2675 passengers is missing in Bermuda

Not sure if there are international news about it yet, but here's Finnish:

Hopefully nothing is wrong there and the ship is found...

...but as it is Bermuda.....maybe aliens have something to do with it? *tinfoil*

That story says it had ran aground, not lost.
And I saw, and behold, a pale horse: and he that sat upon him, his name was Death; and Hades followed with him. And there was given unto them authority over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with famine, and with death, and by the wild beasts of the earth.

Next time on Fox, 2,675 norwegians get lost on an island without socialism or social safety nets near the equator!

Will they survive? Ay, can they survive? Find out 9 P.M CST thursday!

It ran aground 50 minutes after leaving port. That would probably be around 1/4 to 1/2 a mile from land.

I kept hearing commercials on the radio about these dumb cruises... figures something goes wrong. I hope nobody was hurt.

You know, we should do that except with 2,675 Swedes on an Island where there's in theory enough to build up a society. Just to see how they act when not having Tumblr to guide them.

"Lost" and "running aground" are two pretty different things. Especially if you're trying to get some sort of "Bermuda triangle" angle on it.

A ship ran aground. Unless the Kraken beached it, I don't see too much of a story beyond potential insurance court claims.

The original news was that the ship was lost. It was corrected later on.

Titanic "ran aground" too, albeit on an iceberg in the middle of the Atlantic, so did the Costa Concordia. Both ended up as major stories.

No one ever said the titanic ran aground. First, an iceberg isn't ground, and second, it struck it; it didn't plane up on it at any time.

Regardless, in both of those stories, something tragic happened. In this one, it sounds like the boat is sailing on without a hitch. And not in some weird, Mary Celeste type way. Everyone seems to be completely unharmed.

I'm sure they'd do just fine and get their act straight after going hungry for a day.

Are you like, okay? I mean what you wrote had barely anything at all to do with what I wrote. Did you quote the wrong person by any chance?
