Hey! Just wanted to share with you my transformation from skinny to strong! I started lifting because i was always very skinny and used to get pciked on by bigger kids at school, I have always been addicted to games and i think because of that and lack of exercise i became very unfit and underweight.
I'm 5ft 10 and went from weighing a tiny 52kg to 72kg in about a year.
Along with a bit of size i also gained some strength! My current 1 rep max's are as follows
Squat: 160kg (352lb)
Bench: 100kg (220lb)
Deadlift: 195kg (429lb) Really wish i could get 200kg >.<
I was always fairly strong but found a good powerlifting programme helped increase it quickly as well as having support from a coach.
