2H Frost w/BoS?

Would 2H Frost be competitive with Unholy on single target if it was combined with Breath of Sindragosa (Gruul, Oregorger and Blackhand)? BoS seems to be pretty easy to maintain as Frost compared to Unholy with the 20% increase runic power generation. I only use it in PvP at the moment but am maintaining it for the same amount of time that Unholy does with the soak AMS, without even soaking. Food for thought but am interested in what others think.

Frost isn't competitive with unholy, but BoS is the best talent. However I've had better results swapping to unholy presence when using BoS; the haste is better than the RP generation bonus and since you aren't using FS there really isn't any downside.

Yes, 2H Frost uses Breath of Sindragosa on a single target, and as Bulvye mentioned Unholy Presence results in more RP generation than Frost Presence. It still isn't remotely competitive with Unholy's single-target damage.
