I think they listen to their fans. The addition of the Frostwolf armor to 6.2 shows it.

I think they don't quite listen enough. There must be a better way to get them good reliable feedback, and advance warnings of things that are going to be poorly received. Heh, maybe they should just have more fans over. Have them sign some NDAs. Poll their opinions in advance.
