Wild gladiator set questions

I noticed on every website (and the PTR) the wild gladiator gear looks looks exactly the same as T18, does anyone know if these are placeholder models or they are following in the Brutal gladiator trend?

Also does anyone know if the Ilevel scaling on the new PVP gear is finalized? I noticed that the Primal Gladiator gear will essentially be obsolete compared to the Wild Combatant gear.

They're intentionally the same as the pve models just like Brutal. What is even better is the following Warmongering Gladiator season set is the same with a faction color swap similar to the Prideful set. I guess if you can get away with two different forms of laziness in past seasons why not just utilize both at the same time?

The scaling on the honor gear is also intentional and likely because they want one more reason to force Ashran on people as they've changed the quests around AGAIN and think they might finally have it right.
