Create more world PVP options
Create new Battlegrounds and Arena's
Actively ban more bots and cheaters
Change human trinket racial (to reduce queue times)
Let same factions battle each other in random bg's (to reduce queue times)
Remove Russian vs EU(to reduce lag)(might increase queue times, only for EU and RU)

Just do everything like it was in WoTLK.

Same faction bgs don't make sense, the game is about the Alliance vs. Horde, not the Alliance vs. Alliance, and Horde vs. Horde. Stop trying to push them, you already got a concession by them being available for rbgs.
Yes, Russians shouldn't be placed with EU for many reasons, mostly because they're all fucking exploiters and hackers, not to mention they always use cheesy tactics that aren't fun for anyone.
More wpvp options? Sure and then add more bullshit items and features like the glitter bomb, unstoppable mounted combat, aviana's feather for free bailouts in case of shit hitting the fan, pve gear that trumps pvp gear in wpvp due to it have greater ilevel, etc etc etc. Wpvp is never fair and balanced and adding bullshit stuff on top of it sure doesn't help.
I cannot concur with the cheating or hacking opinion, I think that might be a stereotype thing, besides thats another option in the poll.
The tactics they use is their given right and I think its extra fun when you do manage to beat them.
The only thing I listed this for is because of the lag, that just sucks the fun right out of it.
I voted for all except for the russian/EU split and world PvP options. Best place for WPvP is always going to be daily hubs or places where people go to farm or w/e. If there's stuff like that around, there'll be WPvP. Splitting EU/Russian servers would ramp up que times, mostly for Russian servers (I'm assuming), so I doubt that stuff'll be in the cards.
To be fair, PvP and lore should be completly seperate. Just imagine how much of a shit stain LoL or HotS would be if certain Champions/Heroes can't be put in the same team because "lore guise!!!". It'll greatly lower que times, making the PvP experience better (especially at low levels) and make it so a Horde player might actually be able to see AV/IoC again without wanting to shoot themselves 10 seconds in.
I'd even make it possible for alliance players to group with horde players for arena/rbgs.
You have your opinion and I have mine, I guess. People have been server/faction transferring for as long as it has been possible, for the sake of playing on a server (or now faction) with the most PvPers on it. I'm not sure just how many people care about what race the people they play with are or what race the people they're fighting are.
The most important thing of all if to make PvP engaging and fun again. Right now, at least from what I've seen, PvP is more about tunneling one target (mostly the healer) than anything else.
Balance of course is also really important. I feel like however they fucked up the classes so badly at this point that there really isn't much to be done. Besides removing the obnoxious abilities hunters have of course . They basically have to re-do all the classes again in order for PvP to be balanced, engaging and fun again.
Also, removing Russians from the EU pool? Yes please. It's so frustrating facing enemies that are impossible to catch because of the ping difference.
Just return to WoTLK scheme. Yes, with oneshots, stun locks and all stuff like that. The scheme of sustained damage being the king, while burst being godlike, not like now when burst is normal damage and sustained damages like a wet noodle.
Also, I would totally love to have Deathmatch/Team deathmatch BGs. Objective-based teamplay is good for RBGs, but does not work in common battlegrounds, because of random team, obviously. It is not fun to play objective-based BG when half of your group is in green quest gears while other half possess m4d sk1llz of a Donald from darklegacy comics. Deathmatch instantly fixes that.

We'll just ignore the Horde fighting Horde in MoP. We'll also ignore the Horde fighting Horde and the Alliance infighting during the third war. We can also just ignore the fact the Forsaken and Blood Elves should not even be part of the horde, even more so after Wrathgate, its clear the Forsaken have no allegiance.
Night Elves should have remained their own faction and quite honestly they still are, we just get to play them and they are loosely tied to the alliance. Not to mention they have a history with the Tauren that isn't sour, the Tauren are only with the Horde to repay a debt, which with the killing of Cairne by the Horde was repaid.
A lot of things don't make sense in WoW. You can easily leave the factions themselves in tact and erase the boundary between players. Nothing would change. WoW should have been free of factions from the get go. In reality it should have been a 4 faction game, however that would have been hell to balance out.

Oh my lord a deathmatch/king of the hill style BG is something I've been preaching for many years. A lot of people really like that temple battleground, its small and kinda like king of the hill.
Voted for everything except same faction versus same faction.
Balance is a lost cause due to the quantity of classes and specs.
All blizzard can realistically do is try to resolve the outliers, the problem cases as they occur.
Blizzard themselves have correctly stated that balance is a never-ending task.
There are simply too many.
World PvP thrives on some realms, but not on others.
That is a community problem only.
Fix rewards for objective battlegrounds.
Reward based on proximity to objectives, and not for random ganking in the middle of nowhere.
Honorable Defender like buff when near to a flag carrier, or when defending a tower etc.
Make that the only source of honor during the match, so you don't gain from no work.
I voted for everything except the removal of Russians and same faction pvp. When I play vs Russians I have the same chances to win than otherwise. I didn't catch 'em cheating either yet. Same faction pvp, while it would balance the factions since you get random starts wouldn't actually be a bad idea but it would move away from the alliance vs horde feel. Not that I care about lore.
I like the idea of being rewarded for something like defending your flag carrier or reward based on proximity to objectives.
However, this could also turn pvp into a Tol Barad situation where people eventually didnt fight each other anymore but just win traded the region for the reward.
So this would have to be implemented with caution
Remove flying from the game entirely. Let people clash on the ground instead of hiding in the sky.
And then erase everyone's memory flying ever existed outside of flight-paths. SOUTHSHORE SHALL RISE AGAIN!
Everything in the poll is a good idea. In the past I would have balked at the idea of same faction battles, or letting opposite faction players group together, but at this point I think it would help the game a ton, along with getting rid of racials completely. The factions would still exist and matter out in the world, unless they were grouped together, but lore has no place in instanced multiplayer. I would also remove healers and tanks completely, but that will definitely never happen.
