No gym program for me, I just go to the gym and work different muscle groups 3 days a week then do cardio 2 days a week. I have a day for chest, triceps, abs, and shoulders. A day for biceps, forearms, and back, a day for legs, then have 2 days of cardio.
I always switch up the days that I do my workouts to keep my body on its toes. Also, I always make sure my muscles are fully recovered before I workout those muscles again.
Nothing special, I just go to the gym and workout. Other people might have a program they follow.
