Knslyr also had the right idea of add more protein, omega-3, and BCAA's to your diet to help with muscle growth and recovery.

Doesn't mean you have to stop all exercise, just don't do ones that target those specific muscles until they are healed.

My thighs hurt, abs, shoulders, and biceps. What kind of body weight exercise can I do?

    Hai Knslyr!
    Haii p00!

I think creatine is really safe when it comes to supplements. Modern studies have been unable to replicate any of the myths about side effects when even testing specifically for those. According to both english and swedish sources.
I think supplements in general have a lot of bad rep, for whatever reason. But the gym industry is growing and so is the science around it as well.
Wikipedia mentioned that those with renal disease should avoid it though, but that isn't very specific to creatine.

You guys really like your fitness stuff. I bike to work when the weather's nice, any tips on keeping my clothes clean? Not wearing a suit or anything crazy, but I'd rather not have to dip into the bathroom and change pants after the trip to/from work.

Overalls might work, but that doesn't really fix having to change. I don't have to wear a suit, but I still have to have slacks and such, and chain grease on slacks isn't a good idea. Maybe I'll just stick with shorts+quick change after I get to work.

People who've spent some time here and chatted for a while instead of just dropping by once.

What to do if you find yourself stuck in a crack in the ground underneath a giant boulder you can’t move, with no hope of rescue. Consider how lucky you are that life has been good to you so far. Alternatively, if life hasn’t been good to you so far, which given your current circumstances seems more likely, consider how lucky you are that it won’t be troubling you much longer.

Before my back injury I use to personally train people :/

    I know a bit

Stay away from supplements. Literally no reason to use those ever.

    I would be honored.

Just noticed the first post is actually messed up.
