Anybody else with a vinegar addiction?

I have vinegar on a lot of my dishes from Chicken, Beef, Pork, Lamb and Fish. I also occasionally soak crisps in vinegar or have it by the spoonful

I am sure there are plenty of people around the world with your... addiction. To look them up here, though, i am not sure if that's normal....

Love vinegar on my fries, I will happily drown them and then lick what's left off the plate.
Honestly can't say I can take it straight, I've had tablespoons before to help get rid of
heartburn but I didn't enjoy that for sure. But yep, just about everything else about vinegar
I love. It adds flavour to meats, sauces and more. Plus It's a powerful cleaner that's quite gentle too.

I do like a few chips and some gravy with my salt and vinegar

Is the word addiction probably too much? You just like it as hell. I've been there with other food too, but addiction?

I like salt and vinegar crisps, but I don't usually put vinegar on any actual food.

I get some frozen veges, a pound goes for like a buck here. Then I thaw them out and put oil and vinegar on them to make a salad. It's best if the veges are sweet like peas, carrots, yellow corn, etc

I sometimes open a jar of pickles and drink the juice straight...

And I do like a sour element on most things I make.

I actually love vinegar, it goes great on a wide variety of meats and salads. Plus Fries or chips with vinegar is delicious! I actually put vinegar on a pizza with chicken and olives and it was awesome. I want to make vinegar soaked chicken wings sometime!

Caprese is one of the simplest things to make, and it's amazing. Try it with cherry tomatoes and little mozz balls, on a stick. Immediate success if you bring to a gathering.

Gonna try it did you ever try using balsamic reduction with it?

You can form decorative black lines on the fine white structured mozzarella and it sticks on top.

Plus, there are a few different types that all have their place.
