Druid Lifebloom Weakaura not working. [HELP]

Yo. Got me some Weakauras earlier today for my druid but I can't seem to get the Lifebloom one working. I got all weakauras from the druidsection over at Summonstone.

For some reason the Lifebloom weakaura just sits there, it doesn't react to when I apply it. As you can see in the image below that's what it looks like, example 1 is with both Lifebloom and Mushroom active and as you can see the Lifebloom sits there, as if it isn't active. Example 2 is without any of them up just for reference and there you can also see that the Mushroom one is working. Lifebloom doesn't seem to react. I havn't changed anything whatsoever with the aura, so it's not that. I also tried to re-import it but that didn't work either.
