HELP - Weird symbol appearing above enemy heads during BGS?

Does anyone know which addon it could be that is causing an icon to appear above enemy players heads during battelgrounds

I'm a rogue and have a few addons such as Bg defender, Enemies have to die, etc

the image appears above the namesplate in similar fashion to that of Healers Have To Die
except its a looks like an archery target, a circle with many smaller circles within??

driving me mad wanting to disable it

You are using the addon Ashran Buddy and it is showing you which players are the race you need to kill for your current Nemesis quest.

You can turn if off by typing /ab then selecting Nemesis Finder and unchecking "Nemesis Marking".
