Additional Pigments from Bulk Milling proc?

I made a post on the official forums, but no response indicating an answer, yet. You know how when you mill stacks of 5 in WoD herbs, you sometimes get 3 pigments instead of 2? Will bulk milling (20 herbs at a time) also proc additional pigments, or will it always be 8 pigments? It'd be nice if it was 8 or 9 at times... otherwise... guess imma stick to regular milling. :/

Spend loads more time for what tends to be 1-3 extra pigements from a stack of 200 herbs... No thx

As someone that only mills when I need pigments, I hate those single pigments and usually destroy the leftover one.
