Figure after I catch up on the daily struggle that is the hotness of 2, i'll get back into Killjoys.

It helps that Dutch is looking FINE in Season 2 of Killjoys.

Both Dark Matter and Killjoys knocked it out of the park with their second seasons, really enjoyed both.

Just started season 2, I don't mind One being gone, he was my least favorite of the 7, but I did like that 1 vs 3 side show.

I haven't gone back to read the thread, so I don't know spoilers, but it feels like Nyx might be that "Rebecca" 2.0 that idiot Wheaton mentioned.

Five's sweater monkeys are a bit distracting.

Nyx is certainly SOMETHING... I mean she's not just here because she's hot, although she is.

And yeah, I find basically everything about Five distracting.

Nyx is certainly hot and hopefully not taking the deep sleep. Though, I do like Knives being more of a permanent addition, obviously not trustworthy as Ryo's sidekick.

Haha yeah, took me ages to recognise her, I KNEW I'd seen her somewhere else, then when she started throwing hands I was like "Wait... Is that Knives fucking Chau?!?"

Got to say, even if you hate everything else about this show, you've got to respect the vast levels of eye candy XD. There's really something for everyone.

I recognized the name in the credits (Ellen Wong) and knew she had to be Zairon. But yeah, different types of eye candy all around. If I were to "drift", I could towards Alex Mallari. Just sayin'.

Haha, I'm glad they've expanded on his character this season, he was somewhat bland in season 1. In this season he's become one of my favourite characters on the show.

I really liked him throughout. <3 His dry one liners compared to Three.

Yeah his one liners were good... But that was basically all he ever did. Spout one liners and occasionally show up if they needed someone to throw hands.

It feels like the first season was about Two, second is Four's season... I REALLY hope we get more info on Five next season.

Yeah, I was impressed when Six turned, first thing he did was take out Two, and then Four. Like, you can take any of the others, but Two and Four would rekt your shit, then poof. Every time they would go out on an op and two would break them up into groups, i was always assessing her decision based on fighting ability. Mid s2, Two, Four, and Nyx aren't on mission and I'm like... WHY U DO THAT.

I binged watched, so I missed where it came up, but I believe it was Four that made reference to "Das, i mean five" and I was like... her name was Emily... so, not sure where that came from or why, so was curious if that's some extra Five backstory we haven't seen yet, since we only know how she got on the ship and that she was a grifter, but how she got her tech savy we don't know much about.

Yeah... I can't help but think that was a deliberate "Slip". We can't forget that at this point he had all his memories, so could it be he knows something that's yet to come up?

I would bet heavily on that being true.

Also, as much as I like Nyx... She feels a BIT Mary Sue. The way she's just better at everything that everyone. I'm hoping they explain it and it's a really solid story.

p.s. Totally fell in love with Android this season, she's such a great character, MASSIVE credit to her actress for taking what could have been a very bland almost Narrator type character and making her one of my favourites.

Plus, when she went "Human" she was surprisingly hot XD.

Not a fan of Zoie, didn't like her on Lost Girl either. Of course, I usually learn more towards darker hair, so Melissa O'Neil/Melanie Liburd > android and Anna Silk/Ksenia Solo > whatever she was in Lost Girl

I hope they don't let Nyx die, but her backstory was that of being a seer, and just being able to predict what'll happen and therefore being able to react to it. Which was the discussion at the end:

Nyx: You can't beat me, I can predict your every move.
Misaki: I don't have to beat you, just scratch you once with my super cool poison dipped plot armor beating daggar!

And honestly, I was shocked when Four took out his brother, but in doing so, shocked that he spared Misaki (glad he did though, cuz yummmm).

Yeah, that turn at the end was SUPER cool. Totally unexpected. Which is unusual, as I tend to spot shit like that a MILE away.

I liked how he screwed over the seers who always thought they had everything figured out. That would make it extra wasteful, if Nyx were to die. Such an interesting side group, would be a shame to have them mostly wiped out.

I don't think they'll kill her off. They've spent way too much time on her to randomly off her now. Tbh, I think she was brought in to even out the numbers a bit, so they kill off one and bring her in, so it's three guys and three girls now.

I don't know they seemed to be spending a lot of time building up that doctor into a character with some depth and purpose and then they killed him pretty abruptly and quite frankly pretty randomly. I thought for sure he was going to still be alive based on how pointless and abrupt his death was.

I sort of agree, he was the healer, so it felt like they were adding a potentially really valuable asset to the team. If anything, Nyx and the gang leader were the redundant ones (alpha male wanna be leader aka three, then the head strong kick ass female aka two) but I don't mind Nyx being the one of the three to survive.

Plus, it was looking like Healer and Five were possible going to have something going on.
