Ok, so tl;dr -- I've just recently been through a divorce (it's over, guy was a douche.) When all this went down, I had a male friend who was trying to get me to leave him anyways, because the ex was mentally abusive and was starting to show signs of physical abuse. Let's call this friend Horsie. Horsie let me move in with him, rent free, until I start back to work in August (I drive a school bus, and I'm out of work atm.) Me and Horsie are besties. We knew we kinda had feelings for each other before my divorce, but since I was married and we both are moral people, we'd ignored them.
Anyways. I move in with Horsie. I don't have any furniture, so I'm sleeping in his bed. I've gotten a little money from my last couple of paychecks for the year, so I've helped some, but for the most part he's buying mostly everything. We ACT like a couple. He kisses me...holds my hand in public...we go everywhere together almost. right now, since I'm not working and I'm home so much, I clean, do his laundry, cook, act just like a girlfriend / wife. We sleep in the same bed, like I said. He admits that he cares for me...every once in a while, he'll slip and something will come out about how he really feels about me...but then...he reserves himself SO very tight.
See, he's never been in a relationship...he's never had a girlfriend. He's not had a lot of sex. He's never had feelings for someone. He's always been more worried about gaming and other things like that. He's an AMAZING guy. We have tons of fun together. And we've done sexual stuff once.
But he won't take that step. His mixed signals are worse than a female's. One moment, we're "friends with benefits" then the next he's talking about how he's never going to leave. One day he's tying me to the bed because he's comfortable Domming a woman, but can't handle a makeout session because it's emotional.
TL;DR
Guy likes me
I like guy
guy is nerdy video game virgin
cool with me, I'll help him learn relationships.
sending me mixed signals.
what do?
I can't think of anything I haven't covered, but if you have any questions. then feel free to ask!
