MMO-Champ is just about the best resource for Monks currently. Summonstone has put good work into most classes. There is also Chi Burst and I run my own blog, although it hasn't been updated in the last week or 2 as I've been busy finishing up work and now leaving on my honeymoon. It was dead for quite a while but not it is maintained by all of the top Monk theorycrafters.
Also you can pop in to the Monk IRC channel #peakofserenity to hang out and ask questions! (Don't worry, unlike the warlock community we're really nice!)
