The issue is that these decks counter Patches but lose to almost everything else, because they're built around countering one specific strategy. The ghoul deck can also be piloted to counter murloc spam, but that's about it.

So if people play Patches counters, then eventually Patches falls off and people move to other decks. Which means people have to play things that aren't Patches counters. Which means... you guessed it... Patches comes back.
But if you can keep the tempo faster and then face it with a zoo deck you have a win 100% of the time. Tempo Face Zoo rules all. Get it right. Zoo Face Tempo

Patches>Armorsmith if you play the matchup well and play hunter though.
    You start first:
    Turn 1--7 dmg
Turn 2(if he coined armorsmith you kill it)- 3 dmg
Turn 3(he armorsmiths you kill it)- 5 dmg
Turn 4(he armorsmiths his turn 3 you kill it)-5 dmg
Turn 5(he double armorsmiths)- 9 dmg
    Turn 6 you kill him.

Ok then, first game armorsmith into mage with glyph. I conceded by turn four, because it was pointless match. Second game was against the spin wheel, which I won apparently. Got my pack and completed arena quest which I had for 3 weeks.

I was like a nice, that is a funny brawl...

Then i met 3/4 of all games mindblast priest and instantly remembered that we had this brawl before.

Bakc to ahhh another boring brawl...

  6. #3266
    Is mindblast quicker than patches?

  7. #3267
What a silly brawl wtf, everyone's playing patches, and the one who goes first wins.

No. Requires turn 5 at the earliest (going second), for 6 MB's:

    Coin 1
    Turn 2
    Turn 3
    Turn 4 x 2
    Turn 5 x 2 (first will kill a non-warrior/priest/druid)

Patches requires 4 x 7 swings plus 2 extra damage, so as a rogue/hunter/druid can be completed on turn 4.

Mind Blast has the benefit of not being stopped by Armorsmith/Ghoul

i liked ice block. mostly because i imagine it must be really dull to play against. only played one where the other guy didn't concede (out of boredom i imagine) and i only won that because my last card was frost bolt, wohoo. i admit its not the best for finishing quests and only for if you have some time to kill.

I'm actually liking this Brawl now. I rarely see Patches and Mind Blast, because people have their easy win and are moving onto more fun stuff

Lots of Swashburgler, Hallucination, Primordial Glyph, Crystalline Oracle, Huckster, Renounce etc. The games are actually interesting

Best one so far was Swash vs Renounce. Really interesting game, hard fought and we both saw some irregular cards played.

I used Tortollan Forager. Definitely not the best, but I enjoyed it.

I personally had a ton of fun playing this Brawl with Hydrologist.

It doesn't counter Patches, but it is really hilarious to see the sheer amount of secrets you can get, and it can beat a lot of the mid-tier Brawl decks.

I've been using Forbidden Healing to just stall out games until people either leave or die to card draw. It's pretty funny.

This is just a silly but fun rock/paper/scissor brawl. Its a good way to finish your dailies, and I'm glad that I even got a TB daily for this. I do think that they could've removed certain cards like Patches from ths brawl, who is obviously the most broken and its counter deck doesn't stand a chance against any other deck.

Looks like this Brawl could be fun. Won the first game with a random face hunter deck now trying Warrior. Armorsmith, Axe Flinger and Grim Patron seem OP cards.

While everyone else is going for getting minions killed for the emote, I'm getting easy wins, not complaining.

Built a deck specifically designed to feed minions for the event reward... I've accidently gotten three wins from four games without ever attacking with anything >.>

Paladin weenie deck - Lost In The Jungle, MfB, Stand Against Darkness as well as all three eggs, token generating minions etc. Just feed and feed and Rag is huge by turn 5

Are we supposed to receive a new emote upon feeding him 30 minions? Asking because I didn't get any, just the "rank 3" fireworks.

    Two-fold deck:

    (1) generates TONS of minion kills
    (2) actually wins

You just feed and feed and feed and feed and Rag gets huge early, then drop Illusionists to survive a turn of face damage

I have won eight games so far without even swinging for face with anything

EDIT - subbed 2 x Skittles for the Vinecleavers, as games are usually over before 7

    According to Reddit:

    Level 1 Fireworks: 10 kills

    Level 2 Fireworks: 30 kills

    Level 3 Fireworks: 60 kills

does NOT have to be in one game, they accumulate.
    ...

    Emote Rewards:

Malfurion: Happy Midsummer! Beware of forest fires.

    Alleria: Haha yes, YES!

    Rexxar: Happy Midsummer.

    Jaina: Happy Midsummer Fire Festival!

Khadgar: A grand Midsummer to you.

    Medivh: Yes yes! Haha!

Liadrin: The Light shines this day!

    Uther: Happy Midsummer Fire Festival!

Anduin: Looking forward to the fireworks!

    Tyrande: Happy Midsummer Festival.

    Maiev: Happy Midsummer Festival!

    Valeera: Happy Midsummer.

    Morgl: <Celebrations!>

Thrall: A festival for the elements!

    Gul'dan: Burn the fires.

    Garrosh: Light the pyres!

    Magni: Hip hip, hooray!

    BONUS

Ragnaros: IT'S THE FESTIVAL OF ME!

    Jaraxxus: LIGHT THE FIRES!
They appear to work in game modes that AREN'T Brawl. I haven't tested to confirm.

Grim Patron is the MVP of this brawl.
