Quick question regarding weapons/specs.

This might be an odd questions but I was just wondering something quick.

That's the gear I have currently. Raid team needs me to switch to my warrior due to having like no plate wearers. Just wondering quick, if I get an ilevel 715 weapon, should I stay fury and use 715+685 ilevel weapons or go arms with the 715 till I get a second 715?
