Not much. Try using wowuction.com and examine the professions you have, to see if anything is actually selling on your server at a profit right now.
On mine, engineering and alchemy are going at a loss, for example. I stopped crafting alchemical catalysts and gearsprings some time ago because the raw materials are worth more than anything that can be made with them.
You may find it more profitable to just sell all the raw materials you can. But wowuction.com filtered on your server will help you figure out what to do.
