Default raid frames; bugged on Archimonde?

During the Archimonde encounter players on my raid frames would very rarely become unclickable, as though there was an empty space on my raid frames (although I can still see their health / debuffs etc)
If I go into a portal this problem becomes far more common often resulting in more than 1 player becoming untargetable each time I enter or leave the other zone.

Any idea why or how to fix?
At the moment I need to do a full relog (not just reload) to fix the issue.

I tried disabling as many non-essential addons as possible which left me with just dbm, skada, SPTimers and BLCD. Eventually I just had to stop taking the portal to prevent causing wipes on every pull. Very frustrating.

Any help appreciated.
