TV land pulls Dukes of Hazzard off the air

So because of the sudden issues with the confederate flag TV land decided to pull Dukes of Hazzard off the air.

This shit is getting out of hand.

Aw, I liked that show. Oh well, if it's really popular maybe people will petition to bring it back. I haven't watched it in years, but I'm pretty sure that show had very little to say about race relations. I guess the General Lee will have to be rolled into the garage for the time being.

To be fair, if you ever rewatch the Dukes of Hazzard you'll realise it was shit.

    As was the A-Team.

TV programmes are infinitely better nowadays.

Let's not be too hasty now...

    Sigh. Reactionary children.

I never watched the show, and have no desire to. But if it was somewhat popular, regardless of if it was good or bad, even now then it should still remain.

Shall we go about removing pictures of the flag from book titles or removing the topic from books and such all together too in order not to offend people?

I grew up watching the show, I think there comes a point where things go a little over board. I don't ever remember an episode of them dressing up in white hoods. Does this mean they'll go through and CGI out the flag from all future dvds/blue rays?

The whole issue has gone way too far. If you don't like the Stars and Bars, don't buy one, but quit with saying other people can't like it....

The villain usually has a trademark outfit, the heroes on the hand were just gold old boys, never meaning no harm.

If you ever have the misfortune of seeing it again you'll be subjected to dreadful storylines and acting.

Even nostalgia can't save that crap.
