Garnison on Frostfire Ridge Map

Garnison appears on the Frostfire Ridge map for my horde garrison.

However, the alliance has a Garrison listed on their map for Lunarfall.

I'll ask the question: I tried to go there with my alliance toon for world PvP reasons, but I couldn't find one single horde... I tried multiple times. Neither could I see anything that looks like a garrison, only 2 - 3 very important horde NPCs standing there, but nothing else.

What am I supposed to see there? I'm confused with all this phasing crap blizz is terrorizing us with.

ye thats the unaltered zone before garrison is build, which is pahsed. if you wanna catch someone leaving garison you have to go back quite a bit, to the lake of lava, i believe thats the place where players phase from garrisons to the world, you may see a random blingtron around.

Garrisons are instanced, not phased. The game doesn't actually have any way of letting you see an opposite faction players garrison.

I experienced a funny thing with Frostfire with no garrison yesterday.

I have two accounts, and when I got the Seaman achievement that awards the Admiral's Compass, which teleports you to your shipyard, my level 3 bank alt got the achievement at the same time, and received the item in the mail.

Of course, I teleported my bank alt to his "shipyard" which was just an open snowy patch of ground in Frostfire, where he was immediately one-shot by the local fauna.

It would be so cool if there indeed was a default opposing faction garrison there and you could raze it weekly, say in a scenario, for a Cache of raiding loot.
