Another trinket thread

Yo,
I currently have Vial of Convulsive Shadow (mythic) and Horn of Screaming Spirits (mythic warforged). Yesterday I looted Discordant Chorus (HC) and wonder which trinkets I should go with?

I have the same trinkets.

Obviously, screaming spirits will stay.

Between cleave trinket and vial, simming on 620-1 a few
days ago and taking into account the 50% cleave nerf, they were equal dps on single target. The sim was also still using 100% MS reset, which would have made vial seem better than it actually is. So I would do cleave + screaming spirits.
