I am not in game to check out whether the macro is better or not but I would suggest for people to ensure that the Secure Ability Toggle is also unchecked (unless you like the option). I think the option is under the Action Bar group. The toggle is quite annoying for Demo's Meta form as well.

That is a good point actually. If you have secure ability toggle enabled then you probably do need the macro to cancel FNB during GCD.

I JUST CLICK ON CLICK OFF. doesnt take much time.

I personally use a cancelaura as well ( same for meta ), toggling off either of these quickly always felt kind of clunky so instead I just opted for a cancelaura macro.
