[PvP] Why are Horde so useless?

So, I've been trying to do some BGs to get some honor on my fresh DK alt that I want to use for PvP. Needless to say - 16 hours at lvl 100 = 0 BGs won. And I am not exaggerating, I have actually not won ONE Battleground after I dinged lvl 100. Even with about 50% PvP gear (where most of it is items I got from Gladiator Sanctum) and a 690 Ilvl inside PvP instance, I pretty much always top dmg, I am the only one going for EFC and so on.

I play LoL, and I live by the rule that there is just as many retards on your team as on your enemy team. But this can't be the case in WoW PvP. I could live with a 33% win ratio, but 0%.. It fucking drives my nuts man! I am SOOOO tired of running around in Ashran trying to get those treasures, just to then get ganked by 5 people that kill me in one second, and I end up losing 50% of my fragments.

After 16 hours, I have bought my conq cap, and still miss 5 PvP items, where 5 of the items I got is the green Gladiator Sanctum pieces that is low ilvl..

Just had to do some ranting.. This is so tiresome.

the Horde in general lacks healers and most of the pvp playerbase has transfered to the Alliance

don't bother and unsubscribe until the next expansion

    (or transfer to Alliance)

Many times we've actually had more healers, but we got NO dmg. People are several million damage under me. Now frost DKs are OP and all, but still. I still got my legendary cape and two heirloom items, I should NOT be top damage on horde side..

And I wont unsubscribe, as I enjoy WoD. I believe it is a good expansion (as I have NEVER cared about world content), the raids are decent, and my guild is friendly and good. I dont demand much more.

But taking the step back to PvP, as I haven't really cared about it since WotLK, is hell. Arena is ok-ish. But I need my damn honor gear before I can take that serious.

there is only 1 faction if you want to pvp, and thats alliance.

    horde is for pve only.

thank blizzard and their stance on "human racial is fine" the pvp playerbase agreed that the human racial is indeed mighty fine! and all transfered/rerolled human to enjoy the human racial.

Win ratios are anecdotal.. just keep at it. In Ashran, stay with your group.

Learn to 5 man premade BGs, and then wreck face.

No, they are not being anecdotal. The fact is that Alliance is winning about 85% of the time in random bgs. Hence why I said he should make a good 5 man premade group for them, and then flip the stats around.

Where do you find these numbers

I would go Alliance if I knew anyone who was playing Alliance. But all my friends are horde, so I rather stay there.

And no one of them plays PvP, as everyone else have given up on this shitfest aswell.

But as I said, if I won 1 out of 3 matches, I'd be satisfied, but I am winning 0. Shitall. Nothing.

So I am just the most unlucky person, as I never win anything..

Oh god, tried Ashran now - 5 Horde players, where 3 of them are AFK in base. And a group of 10 alliance just running around doing all the events getting free honor. Time to put my PvP gear on the fucking shelf and just realize that PvP in this game is total utter shit, and will never be balanced nor fair to any faction.

Atleast I tried, now I am 100% sure that PvE is 10 times better than PvP in any aspect.

I have seen a lot of these kind of threads lately. I seriously believe it to just be RNG or some kind of luck. I play alliance and yesterday I won 0 out of 28 BG's. Right now all together I can only remember abuot 5 wins and I have played well over 75 BG's.

Lol. It has nothing to do with RNG when it has been proven that Alliance win nearly 2/3 of their bgs.

Ok. Well I played on my horde toon and won 8 of 10 BG's. There is some luck to getting in a right group.

10 BGs doesn't mean much. The sample size is too small. What matters is your win rate over hundreds or even thousands of BGs.

Yes. I agree with that. Yet in both seasons I always lose with my 2 alliance toons and almost always win with my horde toon. And that is over 100's of BG's on both factions. There is some luck into getting into a group with competent players. Also, there are more alliance players than there are horde players so naturally the win ration will favor the alliance. I am not saying that you do not lose all those games, but my experience is the exact opposite of yours.

Win ratio does not have a damn thing to do with faction numbers.

Screw RNG, and make a well built 5 man premade group. Then you are no longer at the mercy of the RNG gods.

I would say that about the alliance from my experience, who are more obsessed with ganking and meter/scoreboard humping than they are actually winning.

Human racial OP, and a lot of top pvpers went Ally, and the fanboys followed.

From the thread with the exact same discussion:

It doesn't really make any difference to disable racials or give human's to every race.

Top pvp players will always choose one faction to play at, it's better to stay together so they can play with anyone they want.
Alliance or horde, there will always be a side which everyone will go to unless you could join a match with people from different factions at the same party.

Alliance was also better in MoP, EU playing alliance is just logical. Horde had better PVE racials and I guess US just wanted to stay together with the PVE community.

Thing is, it doesn't change the fact that one side will be chosen, people will always prefer to have all their contacts available to play with.

I for example always played alliance from the beginning of WoTLK to the launch of WoD, all my friends were alliance for the great majority of time so it never really mattered for me.
