Mastery + Mutilate 2P, T18.

Hello all, just wanted to ask a question, since I wasn't able to find an answer to this yet.

Does Assassination's Mastery, work in anyway with its 2p bonus?

Lets say one Dispatch is 10 000 damage, with 2p bonus, will it do 12 500 damage, or count Mastery in, and do more?

Doesn't really make sense to add damage as poison, if not affected by Mastery, could've just been a flat out 25% physical increase in that case.

Correct. At first it did not scale with mastery, but then it was a bit weak compared to the other two sets, so they changed it just before 6.2 hit live.
