This has to be the funniest story of the year. But what I don't understand: Doesn't Rachel realize what a mockery she's making of being black???
I'm not black, but from my understanding, and I can see the argument, some black people do not feel they have the same opportunities in America. This is either from current oppression, or especially from having a lineage that was oppressed. So even if a black person is not currently oppressed, they can feel that, due to their ancestors being oppressed, things are still harder for them.
I'm have mixed feelings on the validity of this personally, but thats not the point. The point is that Rachel is claiming she understands and relates to being black. Yet she has no black ancestors, no lineage, and shes not black. If I was a black person who felt I truly had wrongdoings to me due to my race, I would absolutely hate this woman. I dont even understand how she can say these things with a straight face. What a joke.
