Release date will be announced two months before the date, so don't expect anything until the end of april.
Pax East is on 22nd of April, so if they would launch Legion late June, early July, it's likely to be announced there.

As someone who is 13/13M with 2.2k arena achieves and no infractions against my account, it's not always true.

Hopefully it means something.
