We aren't going to Thal'dranath because they're scared of elf fatigue.
So, we're going somewhere 'cooler' instead for the patch zone. Whatever that means.

I didn't see anybody post about this, so here's a thing I noticed on the tanking ring:

It seems very clearly like they've coded in a level-based nerf that presumably with bring the ring proc down to 0% or so as you level towards 110. Which I imagine is what we all assumed would happen.
