DC issues have been happening for a bit. Hopefully whatever this is will fix Order Hall missions/troop, ect pickup. (Btw, Nomi pickup is broken too. :P)

i think its not that special, he said one world quest will be in the old world,m which is the STV fishing: Says to me on sundays you will see a worldquest for STV-Fishing. thats all

Yes they are the first part of the Pre launch EVENT but the event doesn't start when the pre patch comes out.
