Using 2h - is Frostwolf still best? I know Warsong is for Chiex, and for 2h they're pretty even. Is Thunderlord better now though?

In high end gear Thunderlord takes over. This is due to hitting the soft cap on MS at 59%, at which point Vers becomes better. Since there is no Vers enchant you take the next best thing, which is Thunderlord.
I have switched to Thunderlord on my monk due to overcapping MS, this is mainly because i have the MC trinket (SC wont drop QQ).

It's not even necessarily just about hitting the MS softcap. Thunderlord has a higher uptime than Frostwolf and tends to pull ahead as a result. Sim it for yourself. But I'm still under the softcap and Thunderlord is stronger for me.
