Which cape should i use between these two?

So as the title says, which of these two capes should i use?

I got this from last nights raid: http://us.battle.net/wow/en/item/124138/raid-heroic

I currently have the empowered Apexis cape(695) which gives +229 mastery, i cant remember the int or stamina it gives and i can't seem to find a link to it.

I opted to use the 715 cloak i got but i can't help but feel like i should be using the 695 cape as it gives 6% more mastery, although the 715 cape has higher int etc.

I will obviously be using the cape that drops from Kilrogg when i manage to get it but until then i feel a bit stumped as what to use.

No way that the 695 cape will be better. But sim is the only absolute answer. Anw, you can still use it for afflic since it has haste for sure.
