The 26-year-old American has been barred from leaving the Southeast Asian nation after a politically influential sect filed a fraud complaint, demanding a million-dollar-plus refund after he skipped a New Year's Eve concert last year.

It's the Philippines, just give the person in charge some cash and you're free to go

I find a lot of fun in seeing people who pretend to be tough and gangster, especially the women beating type, cry like the little bitches that they are when they are looking at doing time.

He didn't show to an event, so his word is not his bond. Pay back money, plus penalties, or deal with the effects.
You give your word thats giving your bond, if you dont honor that you destroy your good name.
