Mount buffs seem to apply by a priority, and your Crusader Aura (and DK On A Pale Horse) override the Trailblazer buff. But there is a work around.

Having a Stables fixes this bug for Paladins and DKs and makes Trailblazer work. It seems the 20% Stables buff overrides your Crusader aura and allows Trailblazer to stack, finally moving you from 220% to 235%
