Nah it's part of the gimmick.

The naga have somehow managed to change the axial tilt of Azeroth. Northrend becomes a tropical paradise. Stormwind suddenly has to suffer tundra-level temperatures. Pandaria becomes the new northrend.

Bolvar thaws out and does something or another.
