Question about raid resets

Does LFR reset before the other raid modes? I noticed that it shows me as having 0 kills on LFR even though I did it last week. If I go in there before the normal/heroic/mythic reset, will it still give me a chance at tome drops?

LFR Resets with dailies on tuesdays. As do Legendary Quests. Raid Lockouts(Norm/Heroic/Mythic) Reset at 9.

So what you're telling me is. I am eligible to get tome drops from the raids on Tuesday regardless if normal/heroic/mythic haven't reset for the week yet?

Correct. You can get tomes before Norm/Heroic/Mythic reset in that 5 hour window of LFR reseting but raids haven't. Those tomes still count towards the lockout after that 5 hour window. Its not some extra period where you can get more.
