Hiya all - our guild is currently going through the analysis mincer - and unfortunately I don't know anything about DKs (or quite a few dps classes as you might find!) at all! (Hence why I've made a separate post instead of the "help me" section because I'm asking on behalf, apologies). It's clear our raid overall is somewhat under performing, especially in regards to group execution. However, we are going over all raiders for fairness to see what could be wrong or improved, whether it be rotation, talents, uptimes etc etc. Your valuable input will be put to good use as both our DK's will be following this thread for discussion.
Logs on the whole don't really look bad, it's hard to compare logs due to how important some gear can be (4pc). Your frost dk looks fine, if anything I'd dissuade him from using necrotic plague on socrethar just because of how little movement there is but honestly it doesn't matter. His uptime on obliteration (one of the 2pc buffs) looks very good, and it'll look even better with 4pc. I'm sure you already know this, but he's playing above his level.
You unholy dk seems to just lack some big upgrades, namely 4pc (which is HUGE btw) and Reaper's Harvest would make him really shine on aoe fights. Personally, I didn't play unholy for anything until after I had 4pc and even then only for certain fights. He may have more success with Breath of Sindragosa on the fights he ran Defile, but both I could be wrong and he may need to practice BoS to see real gains.
The only big problem with his damage appears to be his ghoul. I don't know what happened, but on your Kormrok kill that week his ghoul simply disappeared after about 40 seconds in. That kind of thing would be a problem when he gets 4pc, because he only transformed his ghoul once that fight.
