Is it time for an upgrade?

Hi all,

I am a total noob when it comes to my computer. What are some things I can upgrade? Or is it time for a new computer?

I get really bad fps (15-25) in raids with my setting on good.

Here are my current specs:

OS: Windows 10 64 bit
CPU: Intel(R) CoreT i5-660 3.33 GHz 4M L3 Cache LGA1156

Hard Drive: Samsung 850 EVO 1TB 2.5-Inch SATA III Internal SSD (MZ-75E1T0B/AM)

only upgrade i would recommend is changing back to window 7

You'd need new cpu and mobo to start with.
