New demon

It feels like it's been ages since we last saw a new addition to the warlock's demon arsenal.
Forgive me for not having a correct timeline, but I believe the latest addition was TBC with the felguard ?

I'd love to see a new demon that's a more ranged succubus type.

What new demon(s) would you guys like to see ?

Anything other than more frickin imps. I'm not a starting Warlock anymore, give me something more substantial than the lowest demon in existence.

While I am not sure, I think that is probably one of those new elves who have dedicated themselves to the Legion, and not itself a demon.
Quite likely that Warlocks will get a tier set following that theme though, that armour is pretty nice (and the armour on the Eye of Kilrogg is cute :P)

well, for demonology locks, i'd like to see a pittlord.

i'd like to a better caster for all specs. i'm sick of the imp.

There are a lot of cool options they could give us.

I feel like Fel Lord would be a good Demonic Servitude upgrade for Felguard. They'd obviously need an upgraded Wrathguard, too.

Gan'arg (base) and Mo'arg (GoS) would be cool, though I'm not sure what role they'd serve. Seige damage could be neat if it were more relevant in the game. Their models are also pretty dated.

I think those new Felstalkers look pretty cool, as are the Fel Hounds.

i can already tell right now, those felstalkers are going to be summoned in packs by demonology warlocks in legion, summoning lots of them to do damage before disappearing.

lore, or someone, said they're different than fel hounds and they "hunt in packs"... total fucking foreshadowing dammit, slick motherfuckers.

something like .. yeah, small 3 demons you can control. Each one has one ability (taunt, cleave, stacking dot) or sth.

I think this would make me feel more like a real demo lock. I want to summon them through a portal and feel like the mighty summoner I wanted to play. I hate meta form and I'm happy it's going to demon hunter, because that's the place where it belongs since wc3.

I want to be a summoner .. they should make Grim of Sac the new Meta Form. Something like "You sacrifice your demon and get some of this powers"
void -> you can tank
imp -> more firedmg
-> suc more shadow dmg
etc

and it should be more then a buff. It should change your appearance. If you melt together with your imp you should get horns and a tail.


ouh wait.. I came up with an even better Idea..
you can travel around the world, beat up demons and than contract them.. similiar to pokemons.. and you can keep them in your personal pocket-nether and you can always have 3 demons at once.. something like "oh, there is a big raidboss. So I get my Demon Hound as a tank, my felhound for aoe and my tamed demon hunter as healer"

It would look awesome as a form you turn into as well. Since Demo is possibly losing their Metamorphosis form.

but 'taming' 3 demons to control them shouldn't be too much. You can already control 3 nscs at once in a blasted lands(?) chain, where you run around with the vikings.

Agree. With warlocks becoming the very epitome of their class and demos possibly losing Metamorphosis, the time for a tame mechanic for demo warlocks is now.
