So can we seriously do something in this game already? This is getting freaking stupid, no one is talking and I apparently can't cuss people out which just is going to make this the worse.

Mom and Dad are to busy fighting in the QT to cooperate in the thread, all my little scum buddies are no where to be seen. All the town has vanished, and any real progress in this game has stopped.

Yup it is, congrats on making this game last much much longer than it should. I don't understand why you would be happy about this, you just saw a night with 5 kills and you think you're safe? Oh yay, you can possibly block the scum kills but so what? Not one of you has bothered to try to figure out who was responsible for it and instead of working with the scum team Dran seems sure he can subvert anyway to track down the 3rd party killer and give yourselves a fighting chance you lynch the known mafia GF and put yourselves in a situation where you're just as likely to be picked off as we are.

So congrats? I mean you're all going to lose due to your lack of perspective but I suppose grats to the SK for having an OP role and having to only deal with a bunch of town fools who are trying to fight their own reflection instead of the guy stabbing them in the back.

right you guys it took me an age to put this game together as my ultimate aim was to get everyone to hunt, everyone to work hard at figuring out who was behaving scummy and who was behaving like town. so I came up with the idea of separating the mafia so none of them knew who each other were, (at this point I had no idea this had been done before). this brought about a few issues in which i felt I needed to address a few things.

Kills. I needed to get Mafia to kill but i wanted to keep everyone separate so i had each mafia member nominate a target and i would reveal the target to the GF, he would then select a name and they would be killed, the 1 kill had to be boosted to 2 a night because even with a SK, 3 a night was gonna mean a slow game. so the GF had this list of names, the list could be a list of mafians, but that was down to the goons to decide who was acting town and submit a target. The GF had to trust his goons were town hunting well. it was important that the GF knew none of his team, otherwise the game would have been over as soon as it started with such a big team it would not take long to kill town.

Balance. on a third rule it would have been a massive kick in the teeth to mafia if i had not inflated their numbers, so much so that it ended up being half, as there was a huge possibility that Mafia would hit their own, with such a huge mafia I had to alter the watcher role to be more powerful than normal to balance the fact I only had 4 TPR's.

Voting Records. I started to realise it would account to nothing, so i devised a role that would start uniting the mafians 1 by 1, as I also realised it's not so much a mafia game if there isn't the basic mafia concept in it, that role was Special Ops,

Poor Cruelle. the Special Ops Role. Special Ops had an investigate and Recruit ability which (could have used 1 or the other or both) which would unite their QT's if mafia was hit. (by pure chance Cruelle managed to hit GF night 1 so yeah didn't really expect that). So after they were recruited i took away their ability to nominate due to the fact they knew who people were and that took away the concept of the game.I had to give Cruelle's role a few survival tools along the way because I didn't want back up roles, so a cell swap (thats what happened to you Ana) a one time protection, a one time absorption and a one time night kill. I made this role a Survivor role and not singly mafia aligned as due to the nature of the role it could have been an easy win.

SK. Despite not submitting a target the first 2 nights the SK was a little unlucky at times but it as always a mechanic that missed kills would accumulate and be given to the SK at some point I decided this very early on in the game design as i thought the game could drag on if kills were missed due to protects/JK

Poor Catta. GF. The GF role was a very important one so I didn't want to have the role pass hands a lot of the time because without it mafia were killing no one so i made the GF unkillable at night, so if SK targeted him a Goon would sacrafice themselves to save their GF (thats what happened to you Lysah you can blame random.org for your death as was always going to be randomised as to who sacrificed themselves). GF had a tough job he had to do a little town hunting himself when the names were submitted to him, but if he chose someone that had been nominated more than once, i was then stuck on who to do the kill, so i assigned random numbers to the Goons and which ever number he would pick that goon would do the kill (the numbers thing was to avoid telling him a name as to who will do the kill) the number system actualy had me in stitches at points because Catta chose badly at times but he wasn't to know. Had Catta been lynched a regular goon at random wuld have taken his place.

Modkill. on reflection i wish i had just left him to whine and moan like Listo does and have him be lynched instead, from my perspective if he truely didn't want to play then he shouldn't have signed up. If it was just petulance and he just didn't like his role then the modkill was justified, but it did leave an odd atmosphere in the thread and for that guys I am sorry it did kinda screw mafia a little but yu guys won so you can stfu now.

I have never known a group of players moan so heavily whilst they were in an obvious winning position it was shocking. End game hasn't come soon enough actually because I am going to be out of the country with work for a while

Crime: killing Mercylolk's entire family line. Cruelle was just a little bit fucking irate because he thought he was doing everyone a huge favor but noooooo apparently he broke the law can you believe that!

Role: You are black ops. You have a number of abilities that can be used.

Investigate: Each night you investigate a target to find out if they are Mafia or not.

Recruit: You can recruit as well as Investigate. Successful recruits will be added to the godfathers qt.


1 time Abilities: Can be used with Investigate or Recruit but not Kill.

Absorb: You can absorb an incoming night action to use later.

Cell Swap: You can swap cells with a Target for the night.

Protect: You can Protect a Target including yourself for the night.

Kill: You can kill a target at night but if you kill you can not perform any other night actions.

Alignment: 3rd Party and Mafia

Win Condition: You win if you survive to the end of the game or when all threats to the Mafia are removed.
