I don't dislike the idea of going back to tier accessories, but then again now that reforging is gone having the extra slots to prioritize different stats that are needed is nice.

I mean as it is I hate getting a tier piece that has my 2nd best stat and my worst stat, yet its either that or I get a piece that's my worst 2 stats.

The reason blizzard moved away from this system is because it limited your gear options.

When you had an 8-set bonus, you HAD to have the full set of gear to get the full bonus.

Nowadays it's better to only have 5 pieces with maximum 4-set so you can swap out your worst itemized piece for an off piece. You couldn't do that with the 8 set system from days of yore.
