Hitting crit soft cap in HFC, is it possible?

I'm at ~ 38% buffed with everything possible (125 food, few crit gems etc). Its hilarious how much crit is affecting my dps, crit upped by 2% dps upped by a fuckload. Anyone got a BiS list with best tier set choices and random gear? Not talking bout trinkets or weapon as pretty much everyone knows whats the better solution there. Random pieces like which combination of tier + random piece would prove the best (Xhul head with rest tier, Archimonde gloves with rest tier, etc etc)

With M coil and Warforged M x-bow is prety much possible to reach softcap in mythinc gear
